Account and email help
Use Account to sign in. If you use an email and password, choose the password-reset option on the sign-in screen. If you use Google, choose Continue with Google.
Check your spam folder for verification and event messages. You can manage optional messages in email preferences.
Practice and race results
Your saved practice runs are in My Stats. You can delete individual runs, a date range, or all saved practice runs there. Browser timing depends on your device and connection; report a questionable match with its link so we can investigate.
Account or privacy requests
To request access to your information or account deletion, email us from the address on your account. We may need to verify account ownership before making changes. See our privacy notice for details.
