Privacy notice

How information is used in the current free RTChallenge service.

Updated September 13, 2026

Who we are

RTChallenge is a Palm Beach Dyno service. Contact support@rtchallenge.com about this notice or your information.

Information we collect

  • Account identifiers, email address, verification status, racer profile, sign-in activity, and account administration records.
  • Practice hits and their full tree configuration, input method and timing diagnostics; race entries, opponents, match results, event details, and leaderboard records.
  • Sponsor information and logos submitted by organizers, including any private contact details they choose to save.
  • Email preferences, delivery and bounce records, and messages you send to support.
  • Basic usage events and technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. Hosting and sign-in providers may process IP addresses and request logs.

Auth0 handles passwords and Google sign-in. RTChallenge's application database does not store your password.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate accounts, run practices and races, keep history and standings, send account and event messages, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and understand service usage.

What other people can see

Signed-in event viewers can see racers’ recent online status, who is viewing that event, and who has marked themselves ready. Presence expires when activity stops; email addresses and other browsing details are not shown.

Other signed-in racers can see information used for racing, such as racer names, listed events and entries, match results, and leaderboard performance. Your detailed practice history is account-specific; qualifying practice performance may appear on leaderboards.

Shared event banners, event titles and schedules, and sponsor logos can be public and shared outside RTChallenge. Sponsor contact details are not included in those graphics. Administrators can access information needed to manage the service and provide support.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Auth0 for authentication, Resend for email delivery, Google Workspace for incoming support email, and PostHog for usage analytics. Pages also load fonts from Google Fonts. These providers process information needed for their services, potentially outside your home country.

Our PostHog integration sends selected page visits, sign-ins, and race/event creation events. Signed-in usage is associated with a pseudonymous identifier, not your email address. We do not enable session replay, keystroke recording, or heatmaps. Sponsor placement does not give sponsors access to account information.

Cookies and device storage

Secure cookies keep you signed in and protect the login process. Browser storage remembers practice preferences and can hold results waiting to sync. Blocking or clearing these may sign you out or remove local preferences and unsynced results.

Retention and your choices

Saved account and practice records remain until deleted or removed as part of service administration. Match, event, security, email, and backup records may be retained separately to preserve results, investigate problems, and operate the service. We do not currently apply one automatic deletion period to all records.

You can delete saved practice runs in My Stats and manage optional email in email preferences. For access, correction, or account deletion requests, contact support@rtchallenge.com. We may verify your identity and explain any records that must be retained. Deleting practice runs does not delete completed match results or copies others have shared.

Changes and questions

We will update this notice as the service changes and show the updated date here. If you are a parent or guardian with a concern about information a child submitted, or have any privacy question, contact support.
